Tax Status Notice

The Life Studios Media, Inc. is a New York not-for-profit corporation. Our application for recognition as a tax-exempt organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code is currently pending. Contributions are not tax-deductible unless and until tax-exempt status is granted.

When tax-exempt status is approved with retroactive effect, we will notify supporters of any changes.
